FitTeach’s mission is to improve the wellbeing of K-12 educators by providing services and products that can aid in fortifying their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. We help school districts decrease teacher attrition rates and absenteeism caused by illness. Ultimately, we boost their resilience, and this translates to improved school culture and higher student achievement.

Our Founder & CEO
Tiffany D. Kelly is a dynamic force in the world of health and wellness. Her mission is to empower women and educators to embrace holistic wellness, guiding them through transformation with practical strategies for health and happiness. Her aim is to foster resilience, inspire purposeful living, and encourage a community of support and empowerment.
As the Self-care Strategist of Tiffany Inspires and FITTeach, Tiffany pioneers the way for women and educators to embark on a journey from awareness to empowerment, equipping them with the tools for holistic wellness, personal transformation, and community leadership.
When Tiffany speaks, audiences embark on an inspiring journey of self-discovery and transformation, gaining the knowledge and motivation to progress from initial awareness to empowered leadership in their health and wellness, ultimately fostering a supportive and vibrant community. Her own journey to losing over 80 lbs as a classroom teacher and overcoming several obstacles along the way inspires many.
With over twenty years in education and ten years in the health and wellness industry, Tiffany has evolved from a passionate advocate for personal health transformation to a recognized authority on integrating wellness into every aspect of life, including education and community leadership. She has been recognized by multi-media outlets, numerous educator awards, and has spoken for the U. S. Department of Education, National Alliance of Black School Educators, National Association for Elementary School Principals and the National Council of Negro Women.
